The groomer has been out several times this week doing the very best it can with the limited snow conditions we have and with very little new snow to work with it has created some bare spots in the trail system. Last night (Saturday February 7th) the groomer left from Grandview on the #104 and went South towards Murray River and Murray Harbor. First it did a double pass of the #305A before continuing down the #104 towards Ocean Acres and Murray Harbor. We also did a pass into the new Wood Islands Trail into the Wood Islands Cafe Restaurant (Great spot to stop for a bite). Groomer then returned back on the #104 for fuel and then continued up through Lake Verde and took the Trail #105 into Mt. Herbert. Once again there are sections of this trail that the gravel is really starting to become a issue. It is so sad that we have had decent temperatures for the last 4 weeks but what a difference 15 more cm’s would have made. Anyway we are doing the best we can with limited snow. We will update in a day or two where the groomer is travelling
