GROOMER REPORTS
Central Trail
Central groomer left early this morning and went east into outriders and proceeded to the north side trail for a double pass. We are doing a quick maintenance job this afternoon and will be going to summerside and grand river trail tonight. We realize the rail bed is choppy in areas but we need more snow to be able to really cut out those ruts. We are doing the best we can with what we have for snow. Let’s hope the weather changes for later this week. Sled safe and stay to the right.

Eastern 1 Trail
Groomer is leaving tonight when it is cold enough. Plan is to trail #104 from Grandview to east Uigg then turn on the #217 towards Greenfield. We will do to New Perth and then the #103 to Mt.Stewart will be done before returning the same route back to Grandwiew. With the upcoming mild weather our trail system in the east could be in jeopardy because we have not been blessed with a large amount of snow this year. Hopefully we can survive this and be able to continue on for a few more weeks.
Island 4 Trail
#4 Groomer went out last night once the temperature dropped to cut moguls out of a few trails before it became warm again. Groomer left Grandview on the 104 railbend, up the 217 through Greenfield to New Perth, on the 103 railbed to Pisquid River, back to Georgetown and into Brudenell on the 107. From there it went back to Grandview taking the same trails.

Springside Trail
Wednesday the Groomer left home base and completed the 301 over to the 100 (behind Lank’s farm) , both trails into Clow’s Red & White have been groomed , the 301 over to Cornwall was completed before attempting the 409 over towards New Haven before running out of snow and hitting plowed fields. From there it returned to base. Thursday the Groomer did the 209 over to Crapaud and headed up and made it as far as the railbed (101) near Albany. It then turned and completed the 209 through to Fredericton (route 100). For the amount of snow we have it is good going, but we need more snow.
Western Trail
The groomer is headed to the Piusville Loop and heading West to Tignish.
