GROOMER REPORTS
Central Trail Report
Groomer left Charlottetown Tuesday Morning and began to break down the drifts. There is good snow in areas and very little in others. The main trail is done to Rieds Corner in summerside. We took the new turn off towards the highway heading towards Green Diamond and like most the area around there no snow in the fields and good snow at the hedge and tree lines. The Dekker Road area is the same. Field little to no snow and hedge line is good. Please be respectful of the landowners around this area. This is a very sensitive area and if we lose it it will be difficult to find away around. Stick to the marked trail please. The Power line was drifted in alot but made multiple passes and have it broke down now. Groomer return back to Emerald for fuel and began doing the trail to borden and returned to Emerald early this morning. The groomer and drag are parked in emerald today so if out sled with caution in that area. Its big and green and not hard to miss. Stay right and sled safe. Hopefully we see some more white gold this weeked.

February 15th Eastern # 1 Update
Well it is 10.00 am on Thursday morning as I write this report. Groomers had been going steady since Monday night and trails were in excellent shape with some areas having 4 to 6 passes of the drag. The snow and the wind on Wednesday night and today has filled sections in again with a light powdered snow, which will only help trail conditions once we get moving again when the wind calms down. I was out doing trail inspections yesterday and was quite impressed with the conditions of the trails overall. There was the odd bare spot in a couple of fields where the snow was all blown off but not for very long stretches. Also a couple of spots on the Confederation Trail were bare but not many. When the wind goes down we will start again and keep the machines running. I will update when we start with the directions the groomers go. Please when riding keep to the right and always respect people's private property. We have had several complaints of snowmobilers driving through people's home properties and waking up kids and getting family dogs upset. That short cut through someone's property is not worth the hassle we have to deal with and the image we are labeled with
Island 4 Trail
Island # 4 left from Grandview on Thursday afternoon and headed towards Mt. Stewart on the #104. We also did a pass into Mt. Herbert on the #105 before continuing on to Mt. Stewart, before returning and running all the way down to Murray Harbour and Ocean Acres on the #104. After refueling and switching operators back in Grandview we heading up the #217 through Greenfield and on to the New Perth intersection. Groomer is now heading down the #305 and will also do the #305A throughout the night. The Groomer will not be running through the day on Saturday because of the expected heavy traffic but the plan is to go out on Saturday night and do some freshening up
